Rather than bending your process to a product, building the system around the process.

The business problem

A packaged platform covers 80% of the work. The remaining 20% — the part that differentiates you — is either run by hand in spreadsheets or stitched onto the platform as expensive customisation. Every upgrade breaks those patches.

What we build

We build the system around that 20%. The standard parts — authentication, permissions, logging, reporting — come from proven components, while the unique business logic is written separately and explicitly. The result is that a platform’s limits stop dictating your process decisions.

What the client gets

  • A system shaped to your business logic, with no licence ceiling
  • Source code and database handed over to you in full
  • Documentation and tests at a level your team can genuinely continue from
  • A modular structure, so a new feature does not break an old one

Possible integrations

  • 1C
  • SAP
  • Bitrix24
  • PostgreSQL
  • REST / GraphQL API
  • SSO / SAML

Rollout stages

  1. 01

    Audit and analysis

We document the current process and systems and identify the constraints that cannot change.

  2. 02

    Architecture and design

We prepare the data model, the role matrix and an interface prototype.

  3. 03

    Development

We work in two-week cycles; the end of each is visible in staging.

  4. 04

    Integration

We build data exchange with the existing systems and resolve the mismatches.

  5. 05

    Handover and training

Code, documentation, infrastructure accounts and user training are handed over.

Security approach

The role model and access rights are defined in the first section of the specification, not bolted on at the end. All incoming data is validated server-side, and critical operations are written to an audit log.

Ongoing support

After launch, fixes, new modules and a quarterly priority review run under the SLA. If you prefer, the system can be handed over to your team entirely.
