What the client gets

  • One consistent set of data shared across departments
  • Orders moving automatically from sales through to accounting
  • Role-based access and a log of every operation
  • Real-time reporting, without waiting for month-end

The business problem

As a company grows, each department finds its own tool: sales in one CRM, the warehouse in spreadsheets, accounting in a separate program. Then someone has to reconcile all of it by hand once a month. The numbers disagree and nobody can say which is right.

What we build

We bring the systems onto one data model. CRM, WMS, OMS, POS and HRM modules either share a database or are linked by real-time integration. An order moves itself from sales to the warehouse, from the warehouse to delivery and into accounting. Every step shows who did it and when.

Rollout stages

  1. 01

    Audit and analysis

We map the existing systems and data flows and find where the same thing is counted twice.

  2. 02

    Architecture and design

We prepare the unified data model, the role matrix and the migration plan.

  3. 03

    Development

We build the modules in priority order, starting with the most painful area.

  4. 04

    Integration

We connect accounting and banking systems and automate reconciliation.

  5. 05

    Full rollout

We migrate department by department, so the whole company never stops at once.

Possible integrations

  • 1C
  • SAP
  • Odoo
  • Bitrix24
  • amoCRM
  • POS terminals
  • Bank statement import

Security approach

Each department sees only its own area: a sales manager has no access to cost price, a warehouse operator does not see customer contact details. Changes to amounts and stock levels carry a log that can be rolled back.

Ongoing support

New departments and processes are added, and report formats are adjusted as requirements change. A separate support channel is opened for user questions.
