Company

ORMUS Technologies is an engineering team working in artificial intelligence, automation and software. We do not hand a project over and disappear — responsibility is shared for as long as the system runs.

01

Who we are

ORMUS Technologies builds intelligent systems for medium and large businesses. Our focus is not prototypes built to be shown, but systems that go into daily use and stay in service for years. The team is based in Azerbaijan and works with both local and international clients.

02

Engineering approach

Every solution starts from constraints: which systems already run, what data exists, which process cannot change. The architecture is built on top of those constraints. Readable code, tests and documentation are not added afterwards — they are part of the handover terms.

03

Full cycle

Analysis, specification, UX/UI, development, integration, testing, launch and support are handled by the same team. That keeps responsibility from falling between vendors and keeps the people who remember why a decision was made on the project.

04

Long-term partnership

Systems have to change as the business changes. After launch we can run a development plan, a quarterly review of priorities and a dedicated team arrangement. The client can hand the system to their own team at any point — the documentation is written for that.

05

Security and confidentiality

Where data is stored, who has access and how auditing works are settled in the first document. In the Private & Local AI practice the models run on the client’s own infrastructure and data is never passed to an external provider.

06

After launch

Launch is not the end of the work. Monitoring, incident response times, planned updates and development stages are agreed in an SLA.

Let’s discuss your project

A short description is enough. In the first conversation we establish whether the problem is solvable, the rough scope, and the first step.
