The business problem
Moving data between two systems usually starts as a temporary fix: an overnight script, a file someone uploads by hand, a spreadsheet macro one person understands. That temporary fix then runs for years, and when it breaks nobody knows why.
What we build
We build the integration as a separate, observable component. Every exchange is logged, failed requests retry automatically, and if the retry fails too, the responsible person is notified. Data formats are documented, so when one side changes it is clear in advance what will break.

Security approach
Integration credentials are stored server-side and rotated on a schedule. Each system gets access only to the fields it needs. Where personal data moves between systems, exactly which fields go where is documented separately.
Ongoing support
When the other side’s API changes, the integration is updated. Exchange statistics and error rates are reviewed monthly.
