Artificial intelligence

Private & Local AI

The model runs on your server; documents never leave the company network.

What the client gets

  • A model and document search running on the company’s own infrastructure
  • Role-based access, separated by department
  • A log of every query and a complete audit trail
  • Able to operate in a closed network with no internet access

The business problem

The data that would help most is usually the data you cannot send to an outside service: contracts, payroll, the customer base, medical and financial records. So the company either drops AI entirely, or staff quietly upload those documents to public services anyway — which is the larger risk of the two.

What we build

We deploy open-weight models on your server or in a cloud you control. Document search, question answering and summarisation run inside the company network. Access is bound to roles: HR sees HR files, finance sees finance files. Every query stays in a log your own security team can inspect.

Rollout stages

  1. 01

    Audit and analysis

We define which document categories are in scope, who sees what, and assess the hardware you already have.

  2. 02

    Architecture and design

We agree the model size, the indexing strategy and the role matrix.

  3. 03

    Development

We deploy the model, build the document index and put together the search interface.

  4. 04

    Integration

We connect it to the corporate directory, the document store and your existing portal.

  5. 05

    Handover and training

Operations documentation, monitoring, and training so your team can run it without us.

Possible integrations

  • Active Directory / LDAP
  • SharePoint
  • Nextcloud
  • PostgreSQL
  • S3-compatible storage
  • Keycloak

Security approach

Control is the entire point of this practice. Model weights, the index and the query log stay on your server. Outbound access can be closed at the network level and the system will still work. Authentication integrates with the corporate directory (Active Directory, LDAP), so access closes automatically when someone leaves.

Ongoing support

Model updates, re-indexing and hardware load monitoring are part of support. When new document categories are added, the access matrix is updated with them.
