Seven stages. Each has an input, an output and an acceptance point — which is what stops “where are we” from becoming a discussion.

Stage 1
Discovery and analysis
We study the current processes, systems, data sources and constraints, and agree together which number has to move.

Stage 2
Technical specification
Functionality, integrations, roles, security requirements and acceptance criteria are written down and agreed.

Stage 3
UX/UI and prototype
Interface logic is tested on a prototype first. A change here costs a fraction of the same change in code.

Stage 4
Development
We work in two-week cycles. At the end of each, a working version is visible in the staging environment.

Stage 5
Integration and testing
Connections to existing systems are built, load and security testing is run, and everything is checked against real data.

Stage 6
Launch
Release plan, data migration, user training and a rollback scenario are prepared before go-live.

Support and growth
