Industries
The same technology runs into different constraints in different sectors. For each industry below: the problem we meet most often, and the direction the solution takes.
- IN-01
Retail & E-commerce
Stock, price and orders — correct across every channel at the same time.
The shop, the website and the marketplace all sell from one warehouse but see the stock level at different times. The result is selling what you do not have while what you do have stays invisible online. On campaign days the gap widens.

Finance
Traceability: for every transaction it is clear who, when and on what basis.
In finance, traceability comes before speed. Every change must leave a trace, reporting must satisfy the regulator, and access must be strictly separated by role. These are not requirements you can add retroactively.
- IN-03
Logistics
“Where is the shipment” gets answered without a phone call.
The status of a shipment lives on the driver’s phone. The customer calls, the dispatcher calls the driver, the answer arrives half an hour later. Route planning, meanwhile, still runs on experience.
- IN-04
Manufacturing
Downtime is visible the moment it happens, not at the end of the shift.
On a production line every stoppage is a direct loss, yet the cause is usually reconstructed afterwards from memory. The plan-versus-actual gap surfaces at month-end, by which point it is too late to correct.
- IN-05
Healthcare
Sensitive data is processed without leaving the organisation.
Medical data is the most sensitive category and cannot be sent to outside services. At the same time booking, queue management and document flow all need automating. Those two requirements often look contradictory.
- IN-06
Hospitality
Bookings, calls and guest history in one place.
Bookings arrive through several channels, calls go unanswered at peak times, and nothing about the guest’s previous stay is recorded anywhere. So every time starts from zero.
- IN-07
Real Estate
Property database, enquiries and paperwork in one flow.
Property data is scattered across several sites and enquiries across messaging apps. The same property gets published with different prices and photos, and paperwork is prepared by hand every time.
- IN-08
Education
Enrolment, timetable, payments and attendance in one system.
Enrolment lives in a spreadsheet, payments in accounting, attendance in a teacher’s notebook. A parent or student has to call to find anything out, and an administrator checks three places for every question.
- IN-09
Contact Centers
Routine calls automate; the agents keep the hard cases.
Call volume doubles or triples seasonally while headcount stays flat. Queues grow, the abandoned-call rate climbs, and agents spend most of the day answering the same five questions.
- IN-10
Government and Enterprise
Built for documentation, audit and long-horizon support requirements.
Here the requirements are less about technology than about process: documentation, audit trail, where the data resides, reducing vendor dependence, and a five-to-ten-year service life. A fast prototype does not answer any of that.
Let’s discuss your project
A short description is enough. In the first conversation we establish whether the problem is solvable, the rough scope, and the first step.
