01Scope
This policy covers data collected on the ormus.az website — enquiries submitted through the site and email sent to us directly.
Data processed inside client projects is governed by the separate contract and confidentiality agreement for that engagement; this document does not cover it.
02What we collect
Only what you enter into the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, the service area you select, your description of the task, an approximate budget and a timeline.
Technically, the sender’s IP address is held briefly in memory to limit spam and automated submissions. It is not written to disk and is discarded when the server restarts.
The site uses no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts and no third-party analytics.
03How we use it
Your data is used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and discuss terms.
It is not used for marketing mailings, and it is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising.
04Basis for processing
Processing is based on the explicit consent you give before submitting the form. Without the consent box ticked, the form does not submit.
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address below.
05Retention
Enquiries may be kept after the correspondence ends, because earlier discussions give context for any later work together. On request, the data relating to your enquiry is deleted.
07Security
Traffic to the site runs over an encrypted channel (HTTPS). Form data is validated server-side, and no secret keys are held in the browser.
No technical measure guarantees absolute security, so please do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive credentials through the form.
08Your rights
You have the right to ask what data about you is held, and to request that it be corrected or deleted.
