    We do not start building until we agree which number has to move. An improvement nobody measures becomes an argument later.

    Code, database and infrastructure are registered in your name. The documentation is enough for your team to take the system over.

Confidentiality as a technical requirement

Security is an architectural decision, not a checklist at the end of a project. Access rights, data retention and how auditing works are settled in the first document.
