Equipment, till and sensor data — at the moment it happens, not in next week’s report.

The business problem

In a shop or on a production line the event happens in the physical world, and the system learns about it hours or days later. Real-time stock is unknown, equipment downtime surfaces at the end of the shift, and shrinkage is only found at stocktake.

What we build

We connect till terminals, scales, scanners and sensors into one data stream. Stock updates at the moment of sale, equipment downtime is reported immediately, and an alert fires when temperature or pressure crosses a threshold. That data then feeds planning: when to reorder, when to service.

Rollout stages

  1. 01

    Audit and analysis

We survey the existing equipment and what protocol it can actually report over.

  2. 02

    Architecture and design

We define the data-stream architecture and the alerting thresholds.

  3. 03

    Development

We build the collection layer, the storage and the dashboards.

  4. 04

    Pilot operation

We trial it on one store or one line and verify measurement accuracy.

  5. 05

    Full rollout

We roll out to all sites and set up centralised monitoring.

What the client gets

  • Real-time stock, updated at the moment of sale
  • Immediate notification of equipment downtime
  • Automatic alerts when a sensor crosses its threshold
  • Reordering and maintenance planning driven by real data

Possible integrations

  • POS terminals
  • MQTT
  • Modbus / OPC UA
  • Barcode / RFID scanners
  • 1C
  • Grafana

Security approach

The network carrying industrial equipment is separated from the office network. Sensors only send data and accept no control commands, which sharply reduces the risk of remote interference. Till data is encrypted in transit.

Ongoing support

New equipment is connected and alert thresholds are adjusted for seasonal change. Sensor failures are tracked separately.
