What the client gets
- Metric definitions agreed and written down
- A single warehouse consolidating every source
- Dashboards separated by role
- Periodic reports delivered automatically
The business problem
In a meeting, two departments bring different numbers for the same metric, and half the discussion goes on deciding which one is right. The cause is usually simple: each builds their own table with their own filters, and nobody ever wrote the definition down.
What we build
We start by writing down the metric definitions: what counts as an active customer, at what moment a sale is recognised, how returns are treated. Then the data sources are consolidated into a warehouse and every report is built from it. Dashboards are split by role: a director, a department head and an analyst each see a different level of detail.
Rollout stages
- 01
Audit and analysis
We collect the reports in use today and pin down exactly where the numbers diverge.
- 02
Architecture and design
We write the metric dictionary and design the dashboard structure by role.
- 03
Development
We build the data warehouse and the loading pipeline.
- 04
Full rollout
We launch the dashboards and retire the old manual reports in stages.
Possible integrations
- PostgreSQL
- ClickHouse
- Power BI
- Metabase
- Apache Superset
- 1C
- Google Analytics
Security approach
Dashboard data is filtered by role — a regional manager sees only their region. Personal data is anonymised before it reaches the analytics warehouse, because analysis needs behaviour, not names.
Ongoing support
New metrics are added, and when a definition has to change the history is kept so older reports remain explainable.
