The business problem
The most expensive mistake is not badly written code — it is a well-built system nobody needed. The decision often rests on a vendor’s presentation or on what a competitor is doing, while the company’s own constraints are entirely different.
What we build
Consulting starts from a concrete question: buy, build, or fix what you already have. To answer it we measure the process, assess the existing systems and compare the options on cost, timeline, risk and future lock-in. The result is not a slide deck — it is a document sufficient to decide on.
What the client gets
- A documented assessment of the current state
- A comparison of the buy / build / fix options
- A staged implementation plan with an indicative budget
- A specification you could take to any implementer
Possible integrations
- Existing ERP / CRM landscape
- Process documentation
- Data source inventory
- Vendor API documentation
Rollout stages
- 01
Audit and analysis
We assess the processes, the systems and what the team can realistically run.
- 02
Architecture and design
We compare the options and describe the target architecture.
- 03
Handover and training
Specification, implementation plan and budget estimate are handed over.
Security approach
Information gathered during assessment is held under a confidentiality agreement. Credentials, internal addresses and specific vulnerability detail never appear in the main documents — they go into a separate, restricted-access annex.
Ongoing support
During implementation, independent technical oversight is available: the implementer’s work is checked against the agreed requirements. The build itself can be ours or another vendor’s.
